Plant 2 trees in an orchard
Our virtual gifts are a unique way to make a difference and show your family and friends how much you care.
Plant two trees in an orchard near the National Cycle Network
Orchards of fruit-bearing trees and shrubs can be a rich habitat for wildlife. Fruit trees grow quickly and provide food and safe places for birds to nest. They also attract many kinds of at-risk pollinators.
Fruit trees grow well in urban and suburban settings and have many advantages. Not only are they a source of fresh, locally grown food, fruit trees also improve the air quality and provide gathering spaces for local communities.
Being surrounded by nature as we travel improves our own health and wellbeing. Greener paths are likely to encourage more people to walk and cycle. It is our mission to make it easier for people to walk and cycle, in both rural and urban spaces.
