The Salmon Run follows the 54 miles of National Route 77 as it follows the winding course of the River Tay between Dundee and Pitlochry. The Tay is Scotland's mightiest river, and is known across the world its record-breaking salmon (the namesake of this route).
For most of the journey, the route uses quiet country lanes and dedicated cycle paths, but there are a few short off-road sections. The map provides directions for the route and local information on tourist information centres and bike shops.
