Sustrans Shop giveaway August 2025
Terms and Conditions
1. Only one entry per person will be accepted. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
2. Entries will be accepted until 11:59pm on 17 August 2025. All entries must be received by this date. Entries received after this date will not be included.
3. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
4. The prize draw is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over, with the exception of employees of Sustrans and anyone professionally connected with the competition. No purchase necessary.
5. The winners will be drawn at random from all valid entries. There will be one winner and 5 runners up.
6. The prizes will be as follows:
- A Beeline Velo 2 device
- A Sustrans' Traffic Free Cycle Rides Guidebook
The 5 runners up will receive a Sustrans map of their choice.
7. The Promoter (Sustrans) will email the prize winner all necessary details to redeem their prize.
8. The draw will take place within 7 days of the closing date.
9. The prize winners must claim ownership of their prize within 30 days of contact from the organisers. In the event that this period is exceeded the organisers reserve the right not to award the prize.
10. The Promoter (Sustrans) will contact the winners and, where relevant, ask them to share their address to receive the prize and select their chosen guidebook.
11. No cash alternative will be offered. The prizes are non-transferable to other merchandise, however the Promoter reserves the right to substitute or offer an alternative prize of equal value.
12. Entries will only be accepted through the completion of details section on the prize giveaway webpage.
13. The Promoters (Sustrans and Beeline) cannot accept responsibility for loss or corruption of data in transit.
14. Any personal data you provide will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) the Data Protection Act 2018 and associated laws. The way in which Sustrans will process your personal data will be in accordance with your Sustrans’ privacy policy, which can be found here: sustrans.org.uk/legal/privacy
