When will I get my helmet?

Dashel will aim to ship your order within 48 hours of ordering (not including weekends and public holidays). The helmet will arrive with you via Royal Mail next day delivery. 

How do I know which size to order?

To find your helmet fit, measure the circumference of your head with a measuring tape, about an inch above your eyebrows. If you don't have a tape to hand, grab a piece of string or a charging cable and measure the length afterwards with a ruler (downloading a printable ruler if necessary).

Dashel helmets come with an adjuster dial and removable padding to help you get the perfect fit.

How do I keep my helmet clean?

The interior pads provided with each helmet are washable at 30 degrees.

Dashel Cycle Helmets can be kept clean with a microfibre cloth and soap and water. Do not use harsh chemicals to clean the helmet.

How can I return my helmet? 

If you would like to exchange, or return the helmet purchased please contact the Sustrans Shop. Sustrans Shop and Dashel do not cover the costs of returns. 

The helmet will need to be unused, tags attached and in its original packaging for your return to be approved.
