This area map shows the Lon Cambria and Lon Teifi route and immediate surrounding area over a series of separate map panels.

The map shows two linking routes - Lon Cambria crossing the heart of Mid Wales between Aberystwyth and Shrewsbury, and Lon Teifi between Aberystwyth and Fishguard. Lon Cambria is a 113-mile (182km) journey along country lanes, river valleys, trails and mountain roads with panoramic views of the Welsh countryside. Expect mountain roads and red kites soaring above. The 98-mile (158km) Lon Teifi route follows country lanes and minor roads along the valley of the River Teifi connecting to Cardigan on the coast and on to Fishguard.
