The routes featured on this map have been chosen to explore the quiet lanes linking isolated and picturesque villages and places of interest. For those without bikes, 17 Cycle Hire centres are also listed.
The map includes Traffic-Free Family Routes/Trails; Bacton Wood, Bure Valley Railway Path, Holkham Hall, Marriott's Way, Paston Way, Peddars Way, Thetford Forest and Weaver's Way as well as National Cycle Network Routes NCN 1 (Hull-Harwich), NCN 13 (Dereham-Thetford), the Norfolk Coast Cycleway/NCN 30 and the Regional Route 30 Thetford to Beccles and Lowestoft.
